  • Technical Support  - SCIOPT Offers first line technical support for its program offerings by e-mail, FAX and telephone.   Products that SCIOPT represents are backed up with second tier support worldwide.
  • Subscription Service - All programs offered by SCIOPT are available with optional second and subsequent year Subscription / maintenance services.  This provides upgrades to new releases of software and documentation.
  • Training / Users group meetings   - Training courses are available at conferences or individually depending on program type
